Das Hammerklavier Trio is a relatively new piano trio. I'm guessing not many of us have ever heard of them. From what I can surmise, this is their only recording to date. I love the way the three of them play together as a unit, each taking their turn in the spotlight. The liner notes tell the story - who they've played with, etc. It's a pretty impressive resume they have. Give it a listen.
